When will my order be shipped?
Because our candles are handmade and we have an large number of orders on a daily basis, our processing time is up to 15 business days (business days are Mon-Fri for post office hours.) Once we ship your items, you will receive a tracking number sent via E-mail. If it has been more than 15 business days, be sure to contact us for more details on your order.
Our standard processing time is not guaranteed, and under some circumstances, it may take longer than 12 business days. Custom candles will take additional time.
Can I order a Custom Candle?

Our processing time for customs is up to 3 weeks.
