Good products, not very communitive seller

I really enjoy all the products I ordered such as the teas and the candles. However, the wait time to receive the products was a very very long time with little information given as to when it would arrive, at one point I didn't think it would arrive at all. I'd like to order again from this shop because the products are nice and quality but I'm not sure I will due to the long wait and little communication. I don't mind waiting, but I would like to be informed about the status of my order as it took nearly three or four months for it to arrive.
